Project Understanding and Planning

We know that your time is valuable, and we will not waste your time. However, we do encourage you to be present when we arrive at your house because there are many decisions and choices when it comes to selecting the right products for your exterior renovation. Having you present allows us to deliver prompt and accurate estimates the first time. Night and weekend appointments are available.

By law, every home improvement customer has a 3-day rescission allowing you to cancel your contract within 3 business days without penalty. For this reason, once your contract is signed and we receive your deposit, we wait 3 business days before ordering materials. Once materials are ordered, you are on our schedule.

  • Sales consultation – Your salesperson will take as much time as needed to ensure all details are covered and answer any questions. The sales meeting usually takes 30-90 minutes.
  • Estimate – A detailed Estimate will be provided for your project. Your Salesperson will discuss the plan with you, explain the details, and answer questions.
  • Design – Larger or complex projects may involve several visits to refine ideas and come up with the perfect plan.
  • Approval – Once you approve the project, a deposit will be collected, and the contract will be processed. Materials will be ordered immediately to avoid supplier delays.
  • Pre-Production – Once the materials arrive, your project will be scheduled. One week prior to the project start, we will contact you to confirm the start date and address any changes to scope, plans or direction.
  • Production – There will be dust and noise, but we make every effort to limit it whenever possible. We respect your personal space and that of your neighbors and make a point to be as professional and unintrusive as possible.
  • Completion – Your project will be as good as or better than expected. The team will perform a final cleanup of your property.  The best part of any project is finishing day, and all prior steps have been building to this moment – Time to Enjoy!
  • Follow Up – We’ll book a visit for 3-5 days after project completion. This gives you time to experience your new home improvement without us there and then decide if there is anything else that needs to be addressed.
  • We Are Here for You! – We always appreciate referrals and reviews; they are important to us! We’d love you to show off your new home improvement to friends and family and are happy to provide you with photos of before, during, and after construction.

  • We thoroughly vet our manufacturers, and we only use the best products on the market made by the leading industry brands. The products we use are widely known throughout the industry and have been in business for decades.
  • We only use manufacturers that stand behind their product and offer the industry leading warranties. Windows, Doors, Siding, and roofing materials come with limited lifetime warranties.
  • We have more than one manufacturer that we could use for any given job, regardless of whether it is a siding, roofing, or window & door job. This ensures a solid supply chain and gives us the flexibility to meet your needs regardless of the challenge.
  • We maintain open communication throughout the project and all project changes are documented on a Change Order.
  • The Change Order protects you, the customer, and us as it clearly details the scope of work being added or taken away and eliminates any miscommunication.
  • The Change Order will also provide an accurate description of and changes to the project budget and schedule.
Cost & Budgeting

We provide a detailed, transparent estimate based on materials, labor, and other relevant factors.

Factors that can affect the budget include the size, scope, and difficulty of the project.

Easy Siders offers several financing plans to help fit your budget including deferred interest options, No Payment/No Interest options as well as 5-year and 10-year financing.

  • For the most part we know what kinds of surprises we may run into during a project, and they are addressed in our contracts.
  • However, unexpected things do occur, but we maintain open communication throughout the project, and you will be immediately notified of any unexpected expenses. If the scope of the project and the agreed terms of the original contract are not changing, there will be no additional charges.
Timeline & Scheduling

A project timeline varies depending on the size, scope and difficulty of the job. It usually takes about 4-8 weeks to receive the materials and schedule the job. The actual construction phase usually is completed in 2-5 days.

We prioritize clear communication and flexibility to handle any scheduling issues that arise.

  • We can provide an estimate; however, we do not guarantee the timeline.
  • When we start your job, we do not leave your job to start another one, so you can rest assured that your job will be completed in the shortest amount of time possible.
  • The reason we do not guarantee our project timeline is because it is difficult to estimate how long it will take to replace existing materials, since there are so many different variations. In addition, our ability to work is impacted by the weather.
Warranty & Liability
  • Most materials include a Limited Lifetime Warranty
  • We offer a 1-year Workmanship Warranty
  • We offer comprehensive manufacturer warranties on all products we install.
  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our services to ensure your satisfaction.

Our dedicated team will assist you with any warranty claims, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

Easy Siders has a $1,000,000 of Commercial General Liability coverage.

  • Each manufacturer offers different warranty options, but we can certainly assist you in getting all your warranty questions answered.
  • Our Workmanship warranty does not include damage or defects caused by the following:
    1. Extreme weather events and acts of God.
    2. Failure to the base materials, walls, or foundation of the existing building.
    3. Structural changes, alterations, or additions or equipment installation to the structure after original work is performed.
    4. Interior or exterior damage caused by water backing up due to snow and ice dams.

If we did the installation and you are a customer of Easy Siders, then you are a customer for life. Yes, we will absolutely provide service. Our current service fee starts at $125.00. This initial cost covers cost of sending a service tech to your home and up to one man-hour of labor. Any additional time, men, or materials would be an additional cost.

We follow stringent quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure top-notch workmanship.

  • We hold regular safety meetings to discuss potential hazards and review safety practices.
  • We conduct regular inspections of all equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Regularly assess the work site to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Require employees to report all safety concerns and near-misses without fear of reprisal.
  • We strive to treat your home like our own and keep an orderly job site during the construction phase of the job.
  • We pride ourselves on leaving your home as clean as we found it, taking care of all debris and waste.
  • Before starting the project, we designate an area for storing tools, materials, and waste. This helps keep the work site organized and makes cleanup easier.
  • We walk around your house to collect all tools, debris, and waste to ensure your property is returned to the way we found it.
  • When necessary, dust shields are installed to protect your home from dust and debris.
